Trunk Shows are where Halo & Wren hosts a full collection sent from one of our current or a new designer, allowing brides to try on gowns not normally stocked on the rails at H&W. Please use our online scheduler to book a bridal trial during a Trunk Show date to try on trunk show gowns (and the rest of the store).

Made With Love Trunk Show | 8th – 24th May
We’re so excited to be hosting a Made With Love trunk show at Halo + Wren from 8th – 24th May.
For a limited time, we’ll be welcoming an extended selection of MWL gowns into the boutique — including exclusive styles not usually available with us. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover even more from one of our most-loved designers and find a dress that feels completely you.
During this event, you’ll be able to explore the full Halo + Wren collection alongside these additional Made With Love pieces, giving you the best of both worlds in one appointment.
Our trunk shows are always a special experience — relaxed, personal, and focused entirely on helping you find your dress.
Appointments are limited, so we recommend booking your bridal trial between 8th and 24th May to ensure you can view the trunk show collection alongside our permanent edit.

Monetre Trunk Show | August (Dates Coming Soon)
We’re delighted to be welcoming Monetre to Halo + Wren this August for an exclusive trunk show event.
For a limited time, you’ll have the opportunity to discover a curated selection of Monetre gowns, including styles not usually available in the boutique. Known for their statement silhouettes and refined detailing, Monetre offers something truly distinctive for the contemporary bride.
During the trunk show, you’ll be able to explore these special pieces alongside the full Halo + Wren collection, allowing you to experience a wider range of styles within one relaxed, personalised appointment.

HOW TO GET TO US

Use the post code HP1 3AH, the Old High Street is a one way road, there is free parking outside the shop for 60 minutes, it is not camera controlled, however it is traffic warden controlled. There are several places to park for more than an hour, drive past the shop and take the first left into a low cost carpark - this carpark does not accept cash, only card or payments through the PAYBYPHONE App. Alternatively, if you continue straight past the shop and over the mini roundabout, you will see a line of cars parked along a wall, this is all restriction free parking, alternatively if you take the first left after the mini roundabout you will see a very large free carpark called Gadebride Park, which is a 5 minute stroll through the park back to the Old High Street.

Hemel Hempstead Station is located in Boxmoor and is on the line out of Euston, it is approximately a 24 minute journey depending on the train. Boxmoor and the station is about a 7/10 minute Uber/Taxi drive from H&W. This station is well served by buses, the store is also walkable through the main town if you have time.
The other station that is nearby is St Albans on the Kings Cross line, this is a 15/20 minute Uber/Taxi to H&W.

Places to eat: The Old Town is well catered for with Coffee Shops including, Old Town Coffee & Cake, Coffee & Wine and Artichoke. We also have a notable South East Asian restaurant and Thai, however, close by for more brunch, bubbles, lunch and dinner we have The Marchmont Arms, which is a 5/10 minute walk straight down the road to H&W, it has free parking and a large popular garden, further down the road approximately a 5/10 minute drive is The Red Lion at Water End and a little further The Alford Arms.
Hemel Hempstead Old Town, notably is a historic area with parts dating back to Doomsday book, the High St is a popular place for filming and we are proud to be featured in several large movies and Netflix series like Ricky Gervais’s AfterLife. If you have time before or after your appointment, take a wonder, the Old Town is Hemel Hempstead jewel in the crown.

London Luton Airport is closest airport only a twenty minute drive away, we frequently have brides fly in and out of London Luton to visit, alternatively London Heathrow is approximately 30-45 minute drive away also.

H&W is strictly bride plus 3 guests.

Halo and Wren is not suitable for babies and children. We kindly ask that children and babies are not bought to the store.

There is free parking outside the store for 60 minutes, there is low cost carpark first left after the shop and a free large carpark in Gadebridge Park 5 minutes away.

Cancellations and changes must be made 72hrs before the appointment, otherwise the appointment fee will not be refunded.

During the trunk show special events, you will also have access to try the entire store.

Use our online scheduler and book a ‘bridal trial’ for your chosen Trunk Show, make sure the appointment is within the dates/times of the visiting Trunk Show and you will have access to the full store plus the Trunk Show Designer gowns.

Weekday Bridal Trials are £35.00, Saturday’s are £45.00 and Retrial’s are £25.00 and non refundable and not redeemable against purchases, appointments cancelled within the 72hr cancellation policy will not be refunded. This includes Trunk Show.
Sample Sale appointments £25.00 are redeemable against a purchase of a gown at the appointment only. The same cancellation policy applies.
Veils & Accessories and collection appointments are free.
